Clause V of the Instructions of the

14th of February, 1917, and Clause II

of the Additional Instructions of the

10th of January, 1922. Clause XIII

follows closely the provisions of the

existing Clause XIII as now appearing

in the Additional Instructions of the

15th of November, 1928, with the title

"Treasurer" altered to "Financial

Secretary" and obsolete or redundant

phrases omitted. Clause repeats

Clause XIX of

the provisions contained in the

Additional Instructions of the 15th of

FURTHER ACTION.

November, but the wording has been

revised and brought into line with that

employed in the corresponding Clause

of the Royal Instructions recently

issued in regard to another Colony.

been revised and the effect of the
